Room was very spacious. It is next to the canal. Breakfast service was on time and lots of choices, server was very courteous. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

So close to the piazza. Venice is lovely and the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful.

The hotel is conveniently situated near St. Marks and the central area of Venice. We rented the room with the "secret window" which over looks the canal and the Bridge of Sighs. The room is beautifully decorated, the four poster bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious (for a European hotel!) The view is lovely and you can people-watch from the balcony for hours if you wish! You can have breakfast in your room or in the sister hotel that is just a 5 minute walk away.

To start, we arrived by boat from the airport, straight to the hotel door. We felt like we were in a James Bond movie! Breakfast was to die for every morning. Our room with the balcony, with a view of the Bridge of Sighs, was straight out of a fairy tale. Venice at its finest. Old world luxury. Close to everything. This was one of my favorites of our European vacation. Can't wait to come back.

Property is good Location unfortunately from the junior suit I got probably very bad one. Maybe it was my luck but nothing too with the reception people who work there they’re good friend friendly it was just the money I pay for junior suit is not the same way I expect in the pictures.

Perfect location right around the corner from St. Mark's Square. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Stops for the Venetian public water buses... the vaporetto system just by St. Mark's Square. Our hotel was fantastic. We loved our room, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located in Venice. Our room featured a balcony with an amazing view of the Bridge of Sighs. Rafaelle provided exceptional service, delivering a delicious breakfast to all of our rooms every morning. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, offering to assist with anything at any time.

Lovely hotel in great location. Quiet but very central. Breakfast was served in the room. Raphael delivered breakfast to our room each morning and was charming and helpful.

Location is very close to S. Marco (less than 1 min by walking) and any other famous places. Room is fantastic, every details are very elegant and comfortable. We assumed we would had been living in 18th century. Front desk is very nice and guided us very carefully. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. Breakfast service to room is good, but i think there should be some improvement about choices. Raffaele who served our breakfast is a cool man, thanks a lot to him
